MS Amlin appoints CEO of MS Amlin Asia

Global re/insurer MS Amlin has appointed Will Ho, currently head of reinsurance (Asia), to the role of CEO of MS Amlin Asia Pacific. Ho takes over from Simon Clarke, who is stepping down after 10 years with the firm.

Following previous broking and underwriting roles, Ho joined MS Amlin in 2012 and worked originally in London. Since 2014 he has headed up the company’s Asia reinsurance business based in Singapore.

Tom Clementi, MS Amlin Underwriting Limited CEO commented: “Since joining MS Amlin, Will has been an integral part of the reinsurance senior leadership team, originally in London and more recently in Singapore. Will has a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to the business going forwards.

“Simon Clarke has been at MS Amlin for the last 10 years and has led our business in Asia over that period with distinction. I would like to thank Simon personally for his energy and dedication to the business and wish him the very best for the future.”
