MS Amlin swoops on Willis Re to grow presence in Asian market

Lloyd's global specialty re/insurer  MS Amlin Underwriting (MS AUL) has tapped two underwriting, actuarial and claims talent to further expand its presence in the Asia Pacific market.

New hire Teh Ee Voon (pictured left) will take up the role of reinsurance underwriter at MS Amlin Asia Pacific Pte (MS AAP) in Singapore. Her multi-disciplinary role will span both underwriting and actuarial, reporting to MS AAP CEO Will Ho. Ee Voon joins from Willis Re where she has been a senior actuarial analyst since 2018.

Tan See Yee (pictured right) will join as technical business analyst, supporting the transformation efforts across all functions of the Singapore platform in his new position. He will report to Mary Weston, head of Asia operations & reinsurance claims. See Yee has been promoted and transferred from MS Amlin’s Kuala Lumpur operation where was a claims adjuster for four years.
