Munich Re's ERGO partners with AI-powered insurtech FRISS to improve claims process
Insurtech FRISS, a provider of artificial intelligence-based fraud and risk solutions for the property/casualty (P&C) insurance industry, has partnered with Munich Re company ERGO Germany.
ERGO has implemented FRISS solution to fasten its claims management process in the personal motor, property and liability lines of business. It followed the successful FRISS projects at ERGO in Austria, Greece and Lithuania.
The partnership aims to support ERGO Germany's digital transformation process and enable the insurer to leverage artificial intelligence to optimise its portfolio.
