Occam bolsters management with new CFO from Ironshore
Occam Underwriting, a specialty lines-focused managing general agent (MGA), has appointed a cyber security professional to its board, and an Ironshore executive as its new chief financial officer (CFO).
Daniel Carr will join the board of directors of Occam and continue in his role as head of innovation and cyber insurance. He has been with the company since 2015 and has led the cyber practice for the past eighteen months.
Mark Fisher has joined the company as CFO. He has held senior roles at CNA Insurance, where he was European financial controller, and more recently at Ironshore, a Liberty Mutual company, where he was director and head of international finance.
