PCS enters alliance with CIAA
Property Claim Services (PCS), a division of Verisk Analytics, and the Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association (CIAA) have entered into a strategic alliance.
Through the alliance, PCS and the CIAA will provide comprehensive resources and services to independent adjusters across Canada. All members of the CIAA will receive access to PCS Canada catastrophe loss information.
"We're always looking for ways to further support our membership," said Pat Battle, executive director, CIAA. "The information and tools our members will receive through this relationship will support their efforts to quickly assess the impact and opportunities to their firms after catastrophes as well as improve the service they're able to deliver to their clients. It's a win-win for everyone."
Joe Louwagie, assistant vice president, PCS, added: "We're proud to collaborate with CIAA to deliver a higher level of service to its members and ours. Independent adjusters are critical to effective catastrophe response, and we look forward to helping them help their customers.
