r10 teams up with Netcall to bring low-code tech to London market

r10 Consulting has collaborated with intelligent automation solutions provider Netcall to bring fast and cost-effective technology solutions to business problems in the London insurance market, helping it gain competitive edge, enhance operational efficiency and drive costs down.

The London insurance market based consultancy said the partnership will focus on helping organisations looking for technology to optimise and transform their business.

r10 believes that Netcall's low-code technology has the potential to transform the London market.

Helen Dines, director at r10, explained: “We are excited to be partnering with Netcall. We see how low-code tech can support the market’s ability to deliver strategic change and can provide practical solutions for tactical and legacy problems. Within weeks, our clients can have something tangible to test, use and iterate in real time, making best use of their existing systems and data. We are looking forward to working with Netcall, using their innovative and agile platform tailored around our clients’ business problems and needs.”

Mark Hodgson, partner manager of Netcall, added: “r10’s industry expertise and Netcall’s intelligent automation platform can help the Market gain competitive edge, enhance operational efficiency and drive costs down.

“Automating processes using low-code helps reduce friction in data exchange and through the value chain, by removing or simplifying manual processes and integrating legacy systems that don’t naturally interface. This gives a single vision of the truth and ultimately improving the customer and broker experience.”
