Retirement prompts reshuffle on R+V board

R+V Versicherung, the privately-owned German re/insurer, has appointed Marc Michallet to its management board.

Michallet takes over responsibility of the financial department from Rainer Neumann who will retire at the end of 2014.

Since June 2012, Michallet has held the position of head of the portfolio management securities of R+V.

He began his professional career in 1996 in the capital market business. In 1998 he moved to London, where he held management positions at several international banks.
