RSG TRE poaches warranty and indemnity underwriter from Eversheds
Ryan Specialty Group has added a new team member to RSG Transactional Risks Europe (RSG TRE), a specialised managing general underwriter focused exclusively on providing transactional insurance solutions to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) clients.
Ulrich Schiener has joined RSG TRE’s team based in Barcelona, Spain, and focuses on warranty and indemnity insurance for European transactions. Schiener is a qualified German lawyer, who has also been admitted to the bar in Spain. He has extensive experience advising private equity firms and strategic investors on M&A transactions, joining RSG TRE from the corporate team at Eversheds in Munich. Ulrich is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
