Ryan Specialty hires new president of premium finance arm Stetson
Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) has appointed Anthon Hanes as president of its subsidiary Stetson Insurance Funding, which specialises in financing commercial and personal lines insurance premiums for the excess and surplus lines industry.
Hanes has three decades of experience in the finance industry, most recently serving as managing director of sales & marketing at National Partners PFco, a premium financing company based in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, he was first chief operating officer for Budget Installment Corp. (BIC) and then EVP, sales & marketing when BIC was acquired by BankDirect Capital Finance in 2009.
In his new role, Hanes will focus on further developing RSG’s premium financing offerings and enhance its capabilities in this area.
