Ryan Specialty tweaks leadership ahead of IPO

On the back of its plans for a  potential IPO, Ryan Specialty Group has unveiled details of an expanded and revised executive leadership team for RSG Underwriting Managers.

The company said the consideration of an IPO has accelerated Ryan Specialty Group’s strategic plan for its long-term positioning of its senior executive leaders.

Along with other recently announced promotions and changes, the executive leadership of RSG Underwriting Managers will be realigned, effective immediately.

Going forward, the following roles have been announced: Nick Cortezi, chairman of RSG Underwriting Managers; Tom Clark, CEO of RSG Underwriting Managers; Miles Wuller, president of RSG Underwriting Managers; Matt Nichols, senior advisor and consultant to Ryan Specialty Group broker leadership.
