SSL Endeavour adds Future Family as appointed representative
Future Family, a hub for prenatal and early life insurance, has become an appointed representative of specialist independent Lloyd’s broker and delegated authority expert SSL Endeavour.
Based in London, Future Family was founded in 2014 and specialises in developing and distributing insurance products for pregnancy and early childhood. All Future Family products provide a combination of financial support with emotional and practical support for policyholders.
Cover includes lump sum payments for covered medical conditions that may affect the child which can be used to pay for anything useful such as buying specialist equipment, taking additional time off work. Funeral and counselling benefits are included if the baby passes away, and cover is provided for accidental death.
Customers and their families are also able to access a qualified nurse support service, provided by RedArc.
Future Family’s StemCellCare is an insurance policy to support families should they need to use stored stem cells for treatment. It provides a lump sum of either £75,000 or £150,000 to be used towards the cost of treating almost 80 conditions with an appropriate procedure.
The Future Family team is led by founder Jamie Moyes, who is supported by Dr John Fysh, a consultant paediatrician who is currently a consultant at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children and a fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health and the Royal College of Physicians.
