Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints new head of accident & health North America

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of Swiss Re Group, has appointed Katie McGrath as head of accident & health North America, succeeding Mike Kemp who announced his retirement earlier this year.

In her new role, McGrath will oversee Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' accident & health (A&H) business, responsible for the strategy, underwriting, marketing, claims and operations. She will be based in Windsor, Connecticut.

"We are thrilled to have someone of Katie's caliber join our team," said Ivan Gonzalez, CEO North America, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. "I am confident that her knowledge and experience will help us to continue to deliver agile and innovative solutions to clients in the employer stop-loss space."
