Swiss Re Corporate Solutions hires HDI's Francesco Semprini as head of Italy

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has appointed HDI Global's Francesco Semprini as head of Italy, effective November 2019.

Based in Milan, Semprini will be responsible for managing the strategy, development and performance of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' business in Italy.

Semprini has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector. He was most recently managing director of HDI Global SE's Italian operations.

"Francesco is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience and an extensive network of relationships within the industry," said Fred Kleiterp, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' CEO Europe, Middle East & Africa. "We look forward to his contributions. I'm confident that under his leadership, we will continue to build on our success in the Italian market."
