The adjustment of energy claims in Latin America: the importance of local experience with global reach
For the provision of adjustment services for claims in the Latin American energy sector with satisfactory results, having local experience and a team of experts with global reach is an incomparable advantage, as the RTS energy claims managers explained to FIDES Today.
The expanding population and economic growth forecasts for Latin America over the coming years will doubtlessly result in increased demand for power, which will therefore require increasing the installed capacity. A good example is Mexico, which represents a fifth of the demand for power in Latin America.
At the same time, on a global scale, the international renewable energy agency—IRENA—published the REmap 2030 Roadmap, which highlights how the proportion of renewable energies to conventional ones around the world will double by around 2030.
