The Clear Group acquires Kent Insurance Brokers

Broker the  Clear Group has completed the acquisition of the book of business of Kent Insurance Brokers.

This latest deal represents the 32nd acquisition made by CLEAR since it was established in 2001.

Established in 1992 and based in Ashford, Kent Insurance Brokers provides general commercial, fleet, property owners and professional indemnity insurance to a customer base largely comprising industrial and engineering sector business owners.

Doug Rood, owner of Kent Insurance Brokers, said: “By far the most important factor in sourcing the right buyer was to ensure they share the same standards and values we expect for the protection of our customers. Clear were the obvious suitor for our customers and staff alike.”
