Tokio Marine Kiln A&H head quits amidst strategic overhaul
Specialist and corporate insurer Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is in the process of reshaping its accident & health (A&H) department so that it aligns more effectively with the company's longer-term strategic direction.
As a result of these changes, Tim Prifti, departmental head of A&H, has resigned from TMK after a long career with the company. In his place, TMK has appointed Holly Strettle as interim departmental head of A&H.
Strettle has been with TMK for 15 years, having previously underwritten and managed a strong coverholder portfolio within the property team. Strettle is also chair of TMK’s conduct risk team.
"She [Strettle] is a well-known figure in the market and will bring stability and continuity to the team and will work to refocus the portfolio in its new direction," the company said in a statement.
TMK said it will remain fully committed to its A&H business and look forward to its ongoing growth and development.
