Towergate Insurance beefs up team in Wales

Towergate Insurance Brokers has expanded its team in Cardiff, Wales with six new hires specialising in property, construction, professional services, SME and mid-market sectors.

Martin Jones, Simon Peasley, Dean Barker and Brendan Hopkins have joined Towergate as development executives, along with account executive’s Jamie Chambers and James Davies.

The new recruits will enable the broker to service more clients in 2021 and help drive future growth.

Gary Stevens, area managing director Wales at Towergate, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome these new members to the business, especially in such trying times. Supporting so many clients in 2020 and being there for them when they need us the most, has meant we can expand our workforce to meet the needs of more clients this year and continue our growth.”
