Twelve Capital appoints legal specialist to UK board

Twelve Capital, the investment management firm with a strong focus on ILS, has appointed one of the reinsurance partners at law firm Goldberg Segalla to its UK board as a non-executive director.

Clive O’Connell has been appointed a member of the board of directors of Twelve Capital (UK). He was also elected vice chairman alongside Urs Ramseier, chairman of Twelve Capital Holding and Twelve Capital Zurich and Christoph Buerer, CEO, who serve as chairman and member of the board of directors, respectively, of Twelve Capital (UK).

Twelve Capital had recently established an operation in the UK as a platform to develop its business in London and the European Union.
