Wells Fargo lures Aon MD

Wells Fargo Insurance, part of Wells Fargo & Company, has appointed an Aon executive to increase business in its risk management insurance segment.

Alejandra Evans joins as senior vice president for its risk management and international business.

Evans is responsible for collaborating with national and regional sales leadership and partners within Wells Fargo’s corporate banking group to develop a national strategy to increase business in the risk management insurance segment.

She will also lead the international insurance sales strategy, coordinating business development efforts with Wells Fargo Insurance’s national sales teams and its International Specialty Group.

Based in Miami, Evans will report to Kevin Kenny, head of insurance brokerage consulting growth and business development.

Evans joins Wells Fargo Insurance from Aon where she was managing director in the global client segment of the construction services group. Prior to Aon, she worked with several national insurance brokers including Wachovia Insurance Services, J&H Marsh & McLennan, and Willis Corporation.
