White Oak hires two from QBE

White Oak Underwriting has expanded its warranty underwriting team by hiring two QBE Europe employees to its Lloyds operation.

Justin Naughton has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His career spans all aspects of the auto warranty sector, including underwriting, compliance and administration. He has spent the last 10 years at QBE Europe as a senior warranty underwriter.

David Messenbird, who also joins from QBE Europe, worked as a motor vehicle technician for 13 years before become an assistant claims manager.

“We are confident that Justin and David will make excellent additions to the team. It is an exciting time in the company’s development and we very much look forward to working with them,” said White Oak underwriting director, Matthew Maxwell.
