Broker Willis Towers Watson has appointed Spencer Fields as the Kansas City office leader.

In this role, Fields will work closely with the company’s segment leaders and client relationship directors to drive business development in the Kansas market.

Fields joins Willis Towers Watson from Mercer where he held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, he was responsible for the Kansas City, St. Louis and Iowa offices as senior partner.

"We're thrilled to have Spencer join our Missouri Kansas client management team," said Tom Lawrence, market leader, Missouri and Kansas. "His proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving sustainable growth will be an asset to the Kansas City market."
