Willis Towers Watson overhauls North America CRB leadership

Broker Willis Towers Watson has announced a series of regional senior appointments across its corporate risk and broking (CRB) segment in North America to drive the overall growth strategy, value proposition and talent acquisition efforts in the region.

The move comes shortly after the company restructured its senior broking team within its global CRB business, led by Philip Smaje.

Alex Littlejohn has been appointed CRB West region leader, based in San Francisco. She will also serve as the CRB market leader in San Francisco. Littlejohn joined Willis Towers Watson in 2012 and previously served as regional broking officer in the Northeast.

KJ Wagner has been appointed CRB market leader for Texas, based in Dallas. Wagner joined the company in 1999 and previously served as West region leader.

Paul Baldwin has been appointed CRB market leader for Phoenix. Baldwin recently joined Willis Towers Watson from Huntington Insurance Company where he was president and CEO.

Based in Southfield, Ryan Pischke has been appointed CRB market leader for Michigan. Pischke joined the broker in 2015 and previously served as risk control and claim advocacy leader in the company’s Midwest region.

"Alex, KJ, Paul and Ryan are seasoned veterans with deep expertise in risk management and insurance brokerage," said Mike Liss, head of CRB, North America. "We’re confident with their leadership we will continue to deliver unwavering client focus and solutions across our North America CRB business."

Liss was appointed North America risk and broking head in January this year.
