A-Cap insurers’ financial soundness ‘grievously undermined’, regulator alleges

South Carolina’s insurance regulator has filed to place two Advantage Capital Partners (A-Cap) affiliates into rehabilitation amid concerns over their finances and investments, according to AM Best.
