AerCap trims claims after recoveries, still sees ca. $2bn down every path

Aircraft lessor AerCap trimmed its full array of legal claims against both its own insurers and the reinsurers of its estranged Russian airline partners following some $1.3 billion in insurance recoveries, but continue to press for sums near the $2 billion mark in both major legal forays.
