AI outpacing cyber defences and cover, widening risk gap: Aon

Nearly nine in 10 companies deployed AI in at least one business function in 2025, up from 78% the year prior. While this rush to adopt the technology has sped up operations, it has also created a massive downside, says Aon, by exposing companies, making them prime targets for attack and significantly harder to defend.
