AIG will take 7.5% of Convex underwriting result in ’26, ramp up later

AIG will take an extra 7.5% of the 2026 underwriting results of global specialty re/insurer Convex on the quota share deal tied to its joint takeover of the firm, then ramp up its share for at least the following two years, AIG has said.
