Algorithm-led Ki sharpens underwriting margins as H1 profits surge

Algorithm-driven Lloyd’s underwriter Ki cut 7.2 points from its adjusted undiscounted combined ratio and grew adjusted profit before tax by 22% in the first half of 2026, as gross managed premium continued to climb.
