Alliant joins list of litigants as brokers push on Howden recruitment

Alliant Insurance joined the long growing list of plaintiffs against upstart rival Howden, filing suit against a set of defectors and the rival broker for alleged poaching, then securing a near-immediate restraining order to halt use of data and pilfering of clients and employees.
