Allshores details Argus acquisition financials in annual review

Bermuda-based insurer Allshores’s Annual Review 2025, published May 2026, has revealed the acquisition price of Argus Group Holdings. The transaction, which closed on January 6 2025 and saw BF&M rebrand to Allshores, formed a combined multi-line financial services entity.
