ANV completes Iris acquisition, expanding UK distribution and MGA incubation

Insurance intermediary ANV has completed its acquisition of London-based specialty insurance distribution platform Iris Insurance Brokers, strengthening its UK distribution capabilities and adding a UK-based managing general agent (MGA) incubator to complement its US operations.
