Aon sells NFP wealth businesses back to Madison Dearborn

Global broker Aon is to sell most of its NFP wealth business back to Madison Dearborn for nearly $3bn, less than a year-and-a-half after buying it from the US private equity group as part of its broader NFP acquisition.
