Aon shifts gears to ‘accelerate’ reinsurance growth with leadership change

Global broking giant Aon has doubled down on internal leadership to “accelerate” growth across its reinsurance business. Until recently, the firm had been preparing for the arrival of former Lloyd’s chief John Neal as its global CEO of reinsurance, but his surprise pivot to AIG has prompted a swift leadership reshuffle at Aon.
