APCIA offers support to FAIR Trucking Act targeting frivolous litigation

The American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) has offered strong support for the Forum Accountability and Integrity in Roadway (FAIR) Trucking Act, which has been introduced by Congresswoman Ashley Hinson and Congressmen Tom Barrett and Brandon Gill.
