Data centre boom offers opportunity – but caution remains over emerging risks

The rapid expansion of data centres represents an enormous growth opportunity for insurers and reinsurers, but the scale and complexity of these developments are creating underwriting challenges the market is still learning to manage, David Duffy, global property leader at Marsh Re, told APCIA Today.
