Ardonagh Specialty’s Price Forbes unveils team for new market entry
Specialist broker Price Forbes has launched a real estate and legal indemnity practice, which will be led by a recently appointed former Aon senior executive.
The broker, which is part of Ardonagh Specialty, has hired Mark Manwaring (pictured) as managing director of Real Estate, Craig Taylor as executive director of Real Estate and Dave Woolley as executive director of Legal Indemnities to spearhead the market entry.
Manwaring previously held the post of managing director at Aon’s Real Estate practice where he was responsible for large multinational portfolios, sophisticated mid-tier growth clients and the legal indemnity team.
Taylor has more than 20 years’ experience providing advice and insurance solutions to a diverse range of real estate clients, both in the UK and internationally, across all asset classes. He was previously executive director in the Real Estate practice groups of Aon and Marsh.
Woolley was previously director of Legal Indemnities at Aon, working with lawyers, surveyors, national housebuilders, commercial developers and lenders on many of the largest property and land transactions.
The launch team also includes Chris Rogers and Jack Stevens who have been appointed to the real estate client team and Sarah Cox and Paul Weston as brokers responsible for rights of light and legal indemnities.
