Asian Development Bank approves $56.4 million programme to help disaster response

Multilateral development bank Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a multi-million-dollar programme to help the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan boost their capacity to respond to disasters, as both countries are vulnerable to  earthquakes and floods.
