Aspen will give Sompo 2/3 of its foreign profit boost in 2026

Global re/insurance group Sompo could take about 2/3 of the profit growth it plans in overseas P&C from its recently acquired unit Aspen, but with existing international units able to underwrite to profit growth through a softening market, officials suggested for an investor meeting.
