AssuredPartners targets Liberty in 4th poaching lawsuit

Gallagher’s mid-market and local retail brokerage platform AssuredPartners is taking a fourth legal swipe at rival Liberty Brokers for poaching, alleging continued use of the same poacher playbook despite the rising stack of cases.
