
Atlantic waking from mid-season nap, not likely to leap up in frenzy
The Tropical Atlantic is likely pulling out of its peak-season lull, but still not enough to put the season on track for the "slightly above-normal" activity levels predicted for the season as a whole, Colorado State University’s Tropical Weather & Climate Research department said in a peak-season bi-weekly outlook report.
