Australian giant IAG hit with class action over ‘misleading’ pricing discounts

Insurance Australia Group (IAG) is facing a class action lawsuit for allegedly inflating premiums for “loyal” customers and “misleading” them over pricing discounts. The insurance giant has announced its intention to defend against the proceedings.
