Australia’s IAG strikes A$855m long-term exclusive alliance deal

Australian insurer IAG has struck a 25-year exclusive alliance deal with Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) worth A$855 million, acquiring 90% of RACQ’s insurance underwriting business.
