Auto liability wears ‘largest bullseye’ for social inflation: Berkley

Auto liability is taking the brunt of the courtroom and legal tactics that have driven social inflation into liability reserving, but with little evidence on hand that liability lines beyond the associated umbrella policies are yet highly contaminated, the CEO of carrier WR Berkley has claimed.
