Axa closes $6bn deal to sell asset manager to BNP Paribas

Global re/insurer Axa has finalised the sale of asset manager Axa Investment Managers (Axa IM) in a €5.1 billion ($6 billion) cash deal, concluding exclusive negotiations which began last year.
