Beazley shrinks H1 and rejigs cessions, led by de-risking in cyber

London market specialty underwriter Beazley, now on its way to the Zurich insurance group, cycle-managed its book down during the first half of 2026 and saw margins deteriorate across segments, but the group accelerated its growth investments, including in its new Bermuda platform.
