Berkley wins COVID claim aggregation fight against Lloyd’s reinsurers

WR Berkley’s London Market unit will collect from its Lloyd’s reinsurers on a mass of COVID-era event cancellation claims after working two and a half years for a ruling on treaty-drafting and aggregation from a UK court over the meaning of “losses arising out of one event.”
