BMA issues prohibition order against insurance broker’s director
An insurance broker has been barred from acting as a director or officer of a Bermuda-regulated insurance entity for three years after the Bermuda Monetary Authority determined he had failed to conduct business in a “prudent manner” or adhere to Insurance Act requirements.
