Bold Penguin expands into E&S with acquisition of AI-driven marketplace

US-based commercial insurance technology company Bold Penguin has acquired a digital native and AI-enabled wholesale insurance marketplace with the aim of expanding E&S and specialty markets while adding digital wholesale operations.
