California clears key reform: FAIR Plan cost pass-through upheld

California defended a key portion of its 2024 insurance market reforms from a consumer rights challenge, securing a court ruling that member carriers of the residual wildfire insurer, The California FAIR Plan, can pass a portion of FAIR Plan assessments on to policyholders.
