California FAIR Plan & regulators next in line for Lara-volución

California’s insurer of last resort, the California FAIR Plan, along with the state’s own insurance regulatory office CDI, are next in line for a major shake-up as the state works to remove more of the repellents that have scared insurance carriers out of the jurisdiction, the state’s insurance commissioner Ricardo Lara (pictured) told state lawmakers.
