California says carriers eyeing return to state under new price regime

California insurance regulators have received positive feedback to its recent slate of market reforms, as ongoing talks with carriers point to the likelihood carriers will submit new rate filings and participate in the new regime, the state's insurance commissioner, Ricardo Lara, has said.
